Kushar is a small village of 296 hectares in Bansdih Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kushar depends on Reoti (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kushar's pin code is 277209[4], and village code is 09289800. The area of Kushar is segregated as 200 hectares irrigated area, 50 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 46 hectare area not available for cultivation.
