The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 2, Five-member State Board of Education, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 2, was on the 1930 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for a constitutional amendment to establish a five-member state board of education.[1]
