Elections for the Kentucky House of Representatives consisted of a primary election on May 25, 2004, and a general election on November 2, 2004.
Qualifications[edit]
To be eligible to serve in the Kentucky House of Representatives, a candidate must be:[1]
- At least 24 years of age at the time of the election
- A citizen of Kentucky
- Resided in the state 2 years preceding the election
- Resided in the district for the last year
